Hi, my name is Claire. I am a classically trained culinary and pastry chef born and raised in Southern California, based in Ventura County. I have worked in the food industry for over ten years, and have experience in many restaurants with all varying styles of cuisine. While I have always loved the excellence and hustle and bustle of a good restaurant, in the recent years I have craved a more personal experience with the food I craft so carefully and the client who enjoys it. It has always been my greatest joy to combine good food with good community, which is exactly what I strive to create as a personal chef.
